Bet JBD Terms & Conditions – Policies on Membership, Betting & Payments

Bet JBD (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider. The platform offers Sports Betting, casino games, jackpots, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

Each member may hold only one account on Bet JBD. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all will be closed. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Be cautious when using the option to remember your password after logging out.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact Bet JBD Support immediately.
• Keep your account information up to date at all times.

You are responsible for all activity on your account unless it can be proven to be the fault of Bet JBD. Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Bet JBD supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Payments will not be made to third-party accounts.

KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals. Payments may be delayed if the required documents are not provided. If the source of a deposit appears suspicious, Bet JBD reserves the right to investigate and place the payment on hold.

Before placing a bet on Bet JBD, you should read the specific rules for each game or event. The following general rules apply across the board:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• If an event is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is placed before the odds change, it will be settled at the original odds.
• Bet JBD reserves the right to void any bet placed by exploiting a system error.
• Official results will be used to determine outcomes in Sports Betting.

In the event of a dispute over a bet result, Bet JBD's decision shall be final. Any objections must be raised within 72 hours of the result being announced.

Bet JBD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless separately approved.
• Bet JBD reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet JBD. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the system or manipulate software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to steal or access another member's account credentials.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Impersonating Bet JBD staff.
• Obscene, threatening, or discriminatory behavior.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Bet JBD monitors suspicious activity and conducts investigations when necessary. Bet JBD reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities in serious cases.

Bet JBD reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

To close your account, contact customer support directly. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. Balances left in closed accounts may be forfeited after a specified period.

• Solely for service delivery purposes.
• Never sold to third parties.
• Does not share without legal obligation.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
